Member ID Card: How can I view/print my Member ID Card online?

To view or print your Member ID Card, follow these steps or view this short video:

  1. Visit MEMBER PORTAL SIGN IN
  2. Enter your Username and Password, or register for a new account
  3. Click on MY BENEFITS, then MEMBERSHIP CARD
  4. The card will display on this page, or you can click PRINT and follow the instructions

Note: If you don’t have your Member ID, please call 866-250-2005 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Premium Billing: How can I view/pay my bill online?

You can pay your bill on the website. Follow these instructions or view this short video:

  1. Visit PAY PREMIUM
  2. Enter your MEMBER ID and date of birth
  3. Follow the instructions

You can also view and pay your bill in the Member Portal by following these instructions:

  1. Visit MEMBER PORTAL SIGN IN
  2. Enter your Username and Password, or register for a new account
  3. On MY HOME PAGE, click on PAY NOW or VIEW PREMIUM DETAILS
  4. Follow the instructions
