EnvisionRx Plus is accepted at over 57,000 pharmacies nationwide. Our network includes pharmacy chains such as Costco, CVS, Long’s, Safeway, Walgreen’s, Wal-Mart and thousands of independent pharmacies. Additionally, EnvisionRx Plus is contracted with long term care pharmacies, home infusion pharmacies and some Indian Tribal Unit (I/T/U or I/H/S) pharmacies. Some Indian Tribal Unit pharmacies are not available to all members. EnvisionRx Plus has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area.

When you arrive at an EnvisionRx Plus participating network pharmacy, please present your EnvisionRx Plus identification card or a copy of your enrollment letter. The pharmacy will transmit the claim directly to us.

Generally, we only cover drugs filled at an out-of-network pharmacy in limited, non-routine circumstances when a network pharmacy is not available. Click here for circumstances when we would cover prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy.
