EnvisionRx Plus is accepted at over 58,000 retail pharmacies nationwide. Our network includes pharmacy chains such as Costco, Hy-Vee, HEB, Publix, Sams Club, Walgreens, Wal-Mart along with other chains and thousands of independent pharmacies. Additionally, we have a mail order delivery program, allowing prescription drugs shipped directly to your home. For more information, please contact us or visit our mail order pharmacy, Orchard Pharmaceutical Services, for more information.
For 2015, EnvisionRx Plus has a Preferred Pharmacy Network, which offers a lower cost-sharing for our members. You can type one or more of the following: your zip code, city, and/or state in our pharmacy search tool to see our network pharmacies. In order to help you identify pharmacies in our network that have preferred cost-sharing available we have listed these pharmacies first under the heading Preferred Network Pharmacy to distinguish them from the other pharmacies in our network that offer Standard cost-sharing.
EnvisionRx Plus is contracted with long term care pharmacies, home infusion pharmacies and some Indian Tribal Unit (I/T/U or I/H/S) pharmacies. Indian Tribal Unit pharmacies are available to some members. EnvisionRx Plus has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area.
When you arrive at an EnvisionRx Plus participating network pharmacy, please present your EnvisionRx Plus identification card or a copy of your enrollment letter. The pharmacy will transmit the claim directly to us.
Generally, we only cover drugs filled at an out-of-network pharmacy in limited, non-routine (emergency) circumstances when a network pharmacy is not available. Click here for circumstances when we would cover prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy.
